How much would it cost to add keyless entry to a two door, ford focus that doesn't have power locks?

My husband’s Birthday is coming up, and I want to do something for his car. He loves his little Ford Focus. However, he’s often talked about getting the locks upgraded to power and maybe even keyless entry… if that’s what it’s called? You know, "beep beep" doors unlock, everyone can get in right away.

Anyway, I saw a sign for what I "think" is what I’m talking about for like 0 at a custom auto place. But, I don’t know if that’s to just upgrade to the keyless entry from a car that has power locks already, or if it would include adding power locks to the car?

As you can see, I know crap about cars, so any knowledge of this stuff and pricing would be appreciated. Thanks!
